  • Mindfulness Meditation – this meditation practice couldn’t be easier! Just take a seat, pay attention to your breath and when your attention wanders, return to the present. Being present is important because it makes us aware of where we are and not what we’re doing. Being more mindful can help tap into your thoughts and emotions when doing any task – instead of just going through the motion.
  • Breath Awareness Meditation – similar to mindful meditation breath awareness encourages mindful breathing. Close your eyes and focus on taking slow and deep breaths of air – ignoring other thoughts that enter the mind.
  • Kundalini Yoga – This form of meditation combines movements with deep breathing and mantras. A great practice to do at home for those looking to relax their mind and body.
