The cannabis industry is uniting to demand social media giant Facebook change its advertising policy.

As of December 2018, reports showed that Facebook has 2.32 billion monthly active users. It remains the top-ranked social platform to date, making it especially lucrative for small and large business owners. Yet, hemp entrepreneurs nationwide are currently being denied access to one of the most powerful marketing platforms in the world due to outdated policies that continue to conflate hemp with marijuana. 
We are proud to support the Hemp Industries Association (HIA) with their campaign to change Facebook’s advertising policy of prohibiting the marketing and promotion of industrial hemp.
Hemp is legal, yet banned on the most important and influential social media platforms, and we’re urging everyone to sign this petition and demand that Facebook changes their approach to censorship.
